 We believe there is strength in team and the voices of multiple team members. We are committed to a paradigm of team leadership under a gifted leader. As we expand, this paradigm of team leadership will expand into additional teams that will function under a team of leaders.

 We are committed to carrying out the Great Commission in partnership with local churches in North America and beyond, networking with local mission organizations, national partners and other evangelical organizations within Cambodia. We value short-term missionaries, by giving them a missionary experience that will influence their perception of and involvement missions for a lifetime.

 We extend permission within agreed upon parameters, rather than withholding permission. We empower personnel to discover their strengths and deploy them in ways that maximize their giftings and abilities.

 

We Practice Entrepreneurial Thinking

 Our mission is constant but “one size does not fit all.” This being true, our strategies to realize our mission may vary and change over time. We always look for best practices and better ways. We are not afraid to fail, but look for the most effective way of accomplishing our mission.

 We are accountable to our supporting churches and donors for tangible ministry results. We are committed to accountability at all levels within our organization. Regular newsletters, annual mission reports and other forms of communication are provided to those who support our ministry.

 

We Resource For Maximum Ministry

 A well-resourced organization is more likely to be an effective organization. It is the responsibility of all EQUIP Cambodia personnel to participate in the resourcing of personnel, strategy and finances. We make our plans large, because we are following Gods leading.

  

We Are Holistic And Integrated In Approach

We emphasize the biblical mandate of serving to the whole person in the name of Christ. This includes ministries of compassion, education and other ministry platforms in addition to those of evangelism.
